Job Title: Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and assist doctors during procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and maintain nursing records
• Administer medications and injections as per doctor’s instructions
• Assist in OT, IVF procedures, IUI, embryo transfer, and recovery care
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and lab staff
• Counsel patients and attend to patient queries with empathy

Qualification & Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IVF / Fertility / OT / Maternity nursing
• Knowledge of NABH protocols and infection control
