Staff Nurse (Female & Male) (Location : Karnal, Haryana)

• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Conduct physical assessments and observe changes in patient condition.
• Identify patient needs and prioritize care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Update nursing notes and treatment charts.
• Report patient progress to doctors and senior nurses.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal standards
