staff nurse for icu and ip

The nurse is responsible for providing high quality patient care by assessing patient needs,developing and implementing care plans,adminitering treatments,and colloborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess,monitor,and record patient health status and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individulized patient care plans
• Assist physicians during examininations and procedures
• Educate patients and families on health conditions,medications and post care instructions
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient record
• Monitor patient progress and report chandes to haelth care team
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations,policies,and safety standards
• Provide emotional support and advocate for patients
• Maintain a claen ,safe, and therapeutic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
