Role: Staff Nurse - Grade I/II/III (TL and In-charge)

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and supervising nursing staff to ensure smooth ward operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including medication, monitoring, and documentation.
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
• Maintain infection control and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and follow duty rosters (Incharge role).
• Supervise and guide nursing staff for quality care (Incharge role).
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and support teams.
• Manage ward inventory and ensure availability of medical supplies.
• Maintain patient records and ensure protocol compliance.

Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills

Required Education: GNM/B.Sc (Nursing)/Post B.sc (Nursing)
