Staff Nurse (ICU)

minimum 3 year experiance in icu

• Technical Proficiency: Skill in operating and interpreting data from advanced medical equipment and interpreting diagnostic results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing patient conditions.
• Empathy & Compassion: A compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to advocate for patients who may be unable to speak for themselves.
