Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with hospital protocols.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, clinical conditions, and responses to treatment.
  • Administer medications, IV infusions, and other therapies safely and accurately.
  • Operate and maintain specialized ICU equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors).
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families regarding conditions and treatments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
  • Document patient care activities, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including code blues and rapid response calls.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM).
  • Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate nursing council.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ICU or critical care settings (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, pharmacology, and advanced life support.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
