Job Summary
The ICU Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based critical care nursing to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The role involves continuous patient monitoring, administration of medications, operation of life-support equipment, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition continuously.
- Operate and manage critical care equipment such as:
- Ventilators
- Cardiac monitors
- Infusion pumps
- Defibrillators
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures (intubation, central line insertion, CPR, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments and interventions.
- Ensure infection control practices as per hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in Code Blue.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-ICU care.
- Follow hospital policies and comply with NABH/JCI standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
