STAFF NURSE - NICU

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in neonatal resuscitation, intubation, and other emergency procedures as directed by physicians.
• Maintain and operate specialized neonatal equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and infusion pumps.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each neonate.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
