Staff Nurse / Receptionist

We're seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Roll Staff Nurse/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, administrative support, and ensure seamless operations in our facility. This role demands a unique blend of clinical expertise, communication skills, and administrative acumen.

*Key Responsibilities:*y

*Nursing Responsibilities:*

1. Provide high-quality patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing individualized care plans.

2. Administer medications, perform vital signs, and monitor patients' conditions.

3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

4. Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

*Receptionist Responsibilities:*

1. Manage front desk operations, greeting patients, and handling phone calls.

2. Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with healthcare teams.

3. Handle patient registration, billing, and insurance claims.

4. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

*Additional Responsibilities:*

1. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

2. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

3. Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices.

*Requirements:*

1. Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.

2. Current MOH licensure.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Administrative experience (e.g., medical records, reception).

5. Basic computer skills (e.g., electronic medical records).

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Experience in a similar healthcare setting.

2. Knowledge of medical terminology.

3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
