Staff Nurse Saudi Arabia

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their comfort and medical needs are met.

As a Staff Nurse, you will assess patients' conditions, administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective care plans. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and document medical histories
• Develop individualized nursing care plans in line with patients' needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management

Qualifications:

• A valid nursing degree (Bachelor's or Diploma) from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license valid in Saudi Arabia
• Relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in the Middle East, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a diverse environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
