Location: Hithalaya Healthcare, Gottigere, Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Education: GNM or BSc

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Shifts: 3 shift (morning, evening & night)

Salary: As per company policies

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse with 2 to 5 years of clinical experience in Inpatient Department (IPD), Outpatient Department (OPD) or medical surgical ward & ICU. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, assist physicians in patient management, and ensure a safe and comfortable healing environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license (KNC)

- 2 to 5 years of experience in ward, OPD or ICU nursing

- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures, emergency care, clinical protocols and NABH protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment

- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong ethical standards
