Staff Nurse ( Ward/ICU/OT)

• Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Assess patients, develop & implement individualized care plans.
• Medication Management: Administer drugs, IV fluids, & monitor patient response.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, charts, & reports.
• Infection Control: Adhere to strict hygiene & infection control policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with doctors & interdisciplinary teams.
• Patient/Family Education: Counsel on health, treatment, & self-care.

Ward Nurse Specifics

• General Care: Bedside care, hygiene (bathing, mouth care, positioning).
• Monitoring: Vitals, general condition, signs of infection.
• Support: Assist with ambulation, physiotherapy, & basic needs.

ICU Nurse Specifics

• Critical Monitoring: Advanced monitoring of hemodynamically unstable patients, ventilator care, suctioning, managing lines/drains.
• Emergency Response: Manage sepsis, shock, & other critical changes.
• Specialized Care: Care for unconscious patients, nutrition management, end-of-life care.

OT (Operating Theatre) Nurse Specifics

• Surgical Assistance: Prepare patients for surgery, assist surgeons, manage instruments, & maintain a sterile field.
• Logistics: Coordinate with CSSD (Sterile Supply) & track surgical materials.
• Prep: Prepare anesthesia trolleys, emergency drugs, & crash carts.
• Counts: Count instruments & sponges before wound closure.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
