Staff Pharmacist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. We are a Startup Pharmacy.

The ideal candidate will possess pharmacy experience in Retail and LTC settings, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and safety. T

Duties

• Dispense prescription medications accurately using pharmacy software Pioneer RX
• Administer immunizations and provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and safety precautions
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Assist pharmacy technicians in daily operations

Requirements

• Valid pharmacist license with current registration in the state of practice
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems
• Data Entry --> Verification
• Ability to perform patient service functions including medication administration and patient education
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
