An immediate opportunity is available for a PRN Pharmacist to provide essential coverage at a compounding pharmacy specializing in both non-sterile and upcoming sterile compounding operations. This contract role supports key operational dates including March 19, March 26, April 2, April 3, and May 1415.

Location: Doral, FL

Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Role Overview

You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations while supporting the launch of sterile compounding services. This position offers a chance to collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations and contribute to refining policies and quality standards in a growing pharmacy environment focused on GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and female hormone medications. The pharmacy operates with a small team on-site supplemented by remote clinical support, emphasizing a dynamic and expanding workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws
• Support workflow processes during the sterile compounding launch
• Review and assist in updating policies, procedures, and quality control standards
• Provide pharmacist coverage during operational hours as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to facilitate operational growth and improvements
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Experience with pharmacy start-ups is highly valued but not mandatory
• Background in compounding (sterile or non-sterile) preferred; retail experience acceptable
• Willingness to train on compounding processes if necessary
