Position Summary

We’re seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one physical therapy in homes, apartments, and senior living communities with a coverage in the greater Philadephia area as a 1099 contracted employee.

We are also seeking Physical Therapy Assistant(s) for additional coverage areas including West Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.

Responsibilities

• Carry through PTA visits in homes and senior living buildings as established by the evaluating PT.
• Communicate with clients and families and the clinical team.
• Provide continuity of care from home health to outpatient services and beyond!

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in PA (required)
• CPR certification
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Ability to commute to the assigned coverage area

Visits

• Home health visits
• Mobile, Medicare B visits
• Cash-pay wellness visits
• Flexible hours (5–40 hours/week)
• Set your own schedule (Mon–Fri; ability to work Sat/Sun if you prefer)

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
