Wio Invest plays a central role in Wio Personal's ambition to be the best place to spend, save, and grow your money. Invest serves over 100,000 customers across a range of products such as US and UAE equities/ETFs, crypto, commodities, and more.

As Staff Product Owner, you will lead the Trader squad, building for the most engaged segment of our customer base. Active traders demand depth, speed, and reliability. You will own the products that serve them, driving adoption, deepening engagement, and monetizing the base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Trader squad end-to-end. Set vision, prioritization, and roadmap across products. Build features and journeys traders actually want, from advanced charting to leverage management, and drive sprint-level delivery with Engineering, Design, and Ops while working hand-in-hand cross functionally.
• Prototype with AI, use AI tools to build working prototypes in hours, put them in front of customers early, and iterate before committing engineering resources. Make AI part of how the squad discovers, designs, and validates. Set the AI bar for Invest.
• Drive acquisition and retention. Partner with Marketing and Growth on personalized onboarding, smart funnels, and conversion. Turn behavioral data, support tickets, and trading patterns into features that move retention and engagement.
• Own the number. Partner with Strategy and Finance to drive montization. Drive accountability across Product, Marketing, and Ops to smash through KPIs.
• Be data obsessed. Define the metrics that matter for the squad, build the dashboards, run the analysis, and make the calls. Know your customer better than anyone else.
• Have the business acumen to drive the best commercials. Know who the best players in the industry are, build the right partnerships, and negotiate terms that drive down unit economics and improve P&L.
  
  

What Are We Looking For?

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, brokerage.
• Familiarity with trading concepts e.g. order flows, margin mechanics, market-data.
• AI-native way of working, you've used tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar to prototype, automate, or analyze, and can show concrete examples of how AI has changed your output.
• Proficiency in SQL (required) and comfort working with data to drive decision-making. Experience with Python is a plus.
• A proven ability to set product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision across leadership and squads.
• Sharp analytical and commercial instincts to prioritize based on ROI, impact, and customer value.
• Aptitude for digging deep into a subject, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership across multiple domains and stakeholders.
