STAFF SERVICES MANAGER I

• Experience or ability to manage multiple training programs with changing business needs
• Knowledge and experience in training program analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation
• Knowledge of CalSTRS business processes, technical environment and Pension Solution or other similarly scoped projects
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management
• Experience with and/or the ability to interpret and apply CalSTRS laws, rules, and policies accurately
• Ability to consult, coach, and mentor peers and staff
• Exhibits professional demeanor, and the ability to establish and maintain cooperative relations
• Ability to adapt to change and ensure staff are trained to meet changing business needs
