Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Staff Support member to join our team. The Staff Support role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and therapy equipment before and after patient sessions
- Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas according to clinic policies
- Assist patients with basic exercises and mobility activities under therapist supervision
- Escort patients to treatment areas and help ensure patient comfort and safety
- Set up hot packs, cold packs, traction equipment, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation devices as directed
- Monitor inventory and restock therapy supplies
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and complete basic front desk duties when needed
- Follow HIPAA/privacy guidelines
- Assist therapists with daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Help to manage office procedures, scheduling, and providing supervision to office staff and ensuring productivity.
- Act as a personal assistant to support the office staff with various tasks- Maintain and organize files and documents- Assist with receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns- Utilize computerized systems to perform administrative tasks- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office space.

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect copays and process patient payments
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
