    Your Daily Impact:

    • Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure smooth care delivery.
    • Mentor, train, and support resident services staff—be a coach and cheerleader!
    • Help plan and improve care practices to enhance residents’ experiences.
    • Promote teamwork, trust, and positive communication across all shifts.
    • Support regulatory compliance while keeping the spirit of compassion alive.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A reliable, upbeat professional with a strong job history and supervisory experience—especially in long-term care or healthcare settings.
    • Active NAC, HCA, or exempt status with 2–3+ years in a licensed care facility.
    • A passion for serving the elderly
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills—you can manage priorities and people.
    • Great communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours to support the needs of your team and residents.
