STAFFING COORDINATOR LPN or CNA
Are you an experienced professional in long-term care with a talent for organization and scheduling? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator ( LPN or CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. This critical role ensures adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional care to our residents ensuring the highest quality care by maintaining accurate staffing schedules, supporting nursing leadership, and coordinating essential administrative functions. The idea candidate thrives in a fast-pace healthcare environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and maintains professionalism when interacting with staff and residents.
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the design and implementation of staffing patterns for the nursing department in accordance with the staffing needs of the facility. This role involves creating staffing schedules, managing shift coverage, assisting in the recruitement process, and maintaining compliance with staffing regulations. The ideal candidate is highly orgainized, proactive, and familiar with the unique staffing needs of a healthcare setting.
