Staffing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts forward. In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our scheduling department overseeing all staff schedules each day. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help us build a strong workforce aligned with our organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end staffing processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Responsible for staffing of all shifts for all 16 locations.
  • Provide on call support after hours for scheduling issues and rescheduling call in shifts.
  • Support employee orientation, onboarding, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Create daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance and submit weekly reports to management.
  • Confirm staff details and manage work schedules to ensure accurate scheduling for each home.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher in any given field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Clerical or administrative experience a plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge, and able to navigate software.
  • Knowledge of health care terminology or health care field experience

Pay: $47,840.00 - $55,000.00 per year
