Job Title: Staffing Coordinator (CNA)

Salary: $41k to $62k

Schedule: Mon – Fri, Weekends as needed

Duties:

· Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift to comply with state and federal regulations

· Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies

· Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements

· Keeps attendance records

· Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues and prepares written correspondence as necessary.

Qualifications:

· CNA license is required

· Previous staffing experience is required

· Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members

· Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)

· Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities

Pay: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year
