Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing the staffing process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, with a particular focus on ensuring appropriate nursing staff levels within our facility.
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing department schedule
- Ensure proper nursing staffing levels to meet facility needs
- Ensure required RN coverage is met
- Coordinate nursing department specific orientation for new employees
- Create and post daily staffing sheets
- Retain staffing sheets, schedules, and other documents as required
- Participate in nursing administration call rotation
- Central Supply Ordering
- Relay department training needs to Director of Nursing
- Assist nursing floor staff as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience & Qualifications
- QMA license/certification required.
- Previous experience in staffing/scheduling
Essential Functions
- Complete and maintain the nursing department schedule.
- Ensure proper RN coverage and nursing staff levels to meet facility needs.
- Retain required staffing sheets, schedules, and other documents.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
