Staffing Sales Associate (Hybrid – Bay Area, CA)
Pay: DOE (Base Salary + Commission Opportunities)
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Sales Associate to help grow our client base and build lasting business relationships throughout the Bay Area. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys networking, developing new business, and partnering with employers to provide workforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Identify staffing opportunities and present workforce solutions
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing sales, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate new business
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Staffing industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
