A Stage Manager at Billionaire

As Stage Manager, you'll work closely with performers, technical crews, and the artistic team to ensure seamless transitions, flawless timing, and a professional backstage environment. From managing props to running cues, your coordination and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of our immersive dinner show.

Your day to day:

• Lead all backstage operations before, during, and after performances
• Manage and maintain props, ensuring they are correctly prepped, placed, and returned for each act
• Coordinate with the Artistic Director, Show Manager, performers, and technical crew to align timing and cues
• Run rehearsals and manage show calls, ensuring performer readiness and backstage communication
• Oversee scene changes, entrances, exits, and prop handoffs in real-time
• Enforce safety procedures and protocols on and around the stage
• Handle minor prop repairs and upkeep during showtime
• Maintain prop storage areas and inventories; propose improvements or replacements as needed
• Assist with stage setup and strike, including resets between performances
• Keep accurate prompt books, cue sheets, and show reports

Who are you?

• Experience as a Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager in live entertainment, theatre, or immersive shows
• Strong backstage coordination and prop management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving instincts
• Team leadership and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of departments
• Physically capable of handling props and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with stage management systems or cueing software is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic skills in prop fabrication or repair are an advantage
