Stager and Designer Lead/Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Full-Time Stager/Designer to join our growing team. This role goes beyond design—it requires someone who can not only stage properties in line with our signature brand style, but also represent our company in the community, building relationships and strengthening our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage homes using company inventory to create inviting, on-brand spaces
• Assist with furniture and accessory placement, styling, and layout decisions
• Write clear and professional design reports with room-by-room recommendations
• Conduct property walk-throughs and take accurate inventory notes
• Handle light logistics, including putting lockboxes on properties
• Collaborate with our design team and real estate agents to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Maintain and organize staging inventory at our warehouse and on-site
• Serve as a brand ambassador through networking, relationship-building, and community engagement
• Support administrative and operational tasks to assist the broader team outside of staging as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or related field preferred
• Strong sense of design, color, and spatial planning
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally
• Administrative experience strongly preferred; must be comfortable assisting with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
• Ability to lift and move furniture and decor items
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in client homes and communicating with team members
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule:

• Full-time position: approximately 35–40 hours per week
• Flexibility required depending on project load and event schedules
