Staging Design & Style Assistant – Entry Level | Luxury Staging Company

Are you passionate about interior design and eager to get hands-on experience working with luxury homes and real estate?
We’re looking for a Staging Design Assistant to join our dynamic and growing staging company based on the Westside of Los Angeles. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is excited to learn, contribute, and build a future career in interior design or home staging.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, a student pursuing a degree in Interior Design, or simply a creative individual with an eye for beautiful spaces, we'd love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Design Team with staging luxury residential properties
• Help with furniture, décor, and accessory placement to create stunning, market-ready homes
• Participate in design concept development and preparation of mood boards and presentations
• Support with inventory organization, tracking, and updating (adding/editing items)
• Curate and organize product selections and trade account resources
• Help create engaging content for social media, showcasing our latest projects
• Opportunity to visit project sites across West Los Angeles and the surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for interior design, real estate staging, or visual merchandising
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Staging Experience a plus
• Tech-savvy; Canva or social media experience a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to access project locations

• Location: Marina del Rey, CA (Work in Westside / Los Angeles area)
• Job Type: Part-Time, Internship
• Pay: $20-$25/hour
• Schedule: Flexible (4-hour and 8-hour shifts available)
• Expected Hours: 10–30 hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate openings
