Responsibilities:

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE 3 YEARS GTAW PIPE WELDING EXPERIENCE.
- Perform welding tasks using GTAW on stainless steel schedule 10 pipe, carbon steel and sanitary process pipe.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications and requirements
- Assemble and weld metal components according to blueprints and project specifications
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to codes and standards
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precise measurements and fitment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

-5+ years welding experience (preferred)
- Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a construction setting
- Proficient in welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding codes and standards
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged standing
