Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and supporting project initiatives across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events with stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
  • Manage stakeholder communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of information
  • Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities and their outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder interests with organizational goals
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or conflicts related to stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stakeholder databases and contact information
  • Assist in the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholder communications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder coordination or similar role within a corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of corporate governance and stakeholder relations
  • Knowledge of business operations and organizational structures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred
