Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for talented Stakeholder Officer to join our award-winning team based in Doha, Qatar.

This critical role will deal with design reviews, utilities clash analysis, construction supervision and interface management of similar large scale civil construction projects with stakeholders, local government agencies, organizations and departments.

We envisage success in this role to include:
  • Designing and/or reviewing similar projects as under the Framework Contract delivered under Design & Build contracts.
  • Managing permits applications, approvals for design and construction of major infrastructure projects.
  • Managing stakeholder and interface requirements for previous Authority projects where multi-disciplinary inputs were reviewed and provided to critically assess the design and construction of relevant interfaces.
  • Establishing communication protocols to inform stakeholders of programme and other project related activities as this position will require close coordination, alignment, and communication among the delivering entities and key stakeholders.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and awareness of the procedures of local government authorities such as municipalities, approving authorities and other infrastructure projects.
  • Preparing and reviewing of reports and other documentation as requested or required by the project.
  • Developing and enforcing of provisions of Memoranda of Understanding and Cooperation Agreements.
  • Assisting development and enforcing of environmental impact assessments and their approvals from the relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and more than 15 years of experience in a similar position. Having an MMUP/UPDA/MME Certification is preferred.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Stakeholder Officer.
  • Possesses the ability to use the Authority's interface systems
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience working in Qatar.
