Hiring: Sales Associate (Freshers Welcome!)

​Devonte International Perfumes is expanding, and we are looking for energetic and charismatic individuals to join our team at our ICAD Mall location in Musaffah 41, Abu Dhabi.

​The Role:

​As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will guide them through our collection, helping them find the perfect scent while maintaining the premium atmosphere of our shop.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on our perfume range.

​Sales Growth: Meet daily sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products.

​Social Media Activity: Assist in creating simple, engaging content for our social media pages to showcase new arrivals.

​Store Upkeep: Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and beautifully displayed at all times.

​Inventory Support: Assist with stock counts and ensuring testers are always available.

​Requirements:

​Experience: None required! Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. We provide the training; you provide the enthusiasm.

​Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to persuade and sell.

​Digital Savvy: Must be active and comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok).

​Location: Ability to commute to ICAD Mall, Musaffah 41.

​Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
