Job Summary

Mily Stamp LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stamp Services Coordinator to manage daily stamp production and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will oversee order processing, coordinate with clients on design requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality stamp products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer orders for custom stamps, seals, and related products
• Communicate with clients to confirm design specifications, layouts, and requirements
• Liaise with production teams to ensure accurate and timely manufacturing of stamps
• Monitor order progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain records of orders, designs, and customer details
• Ensure quality control standards are met before product delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, revisions, and after-sales support
• Manage inventory of materials used in stamp production
• Assist in improving workflows and service efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, production coordination, or printing services is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and client-handling abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or similar) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
