Stamping Production & Maintenance Engineer

- Oversee daily high-speed stamping production, ensuring processes meet quality standards and production metrics.

-Perform and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on presses and dies to minimize downtime.

-Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and safety.

-Manage the tool room function, which includes maintenance, modification, and setup of progressive and single-stage dies.

-Assure all safety devices are utilized, adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, production data, faults, and interventions.

-Provide technical support and advice to operators and technicians in case of machine malfunctions.

-Order and manage the inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and accessories.
