If you are eager to develop and master your skills to provide outstanding Retail experience in Luxury Beauty maison, this Graduate Program is made for you!

We are seeking two highly passionate individuals to pursue the exciting journey of Retail career with us as a future Boutique Manager of Parfums Christian Dior.

Be ready to experience an 18-month rotations program across various Retail positions within Saudi Arabia market, and even experience and abroad position in our regional office at Dubaï, UAE.

You will have the opportunity to work in different locations and experience the beauty of creating exceptional client services and purchasing experiences as an ambassador of the Maison.

By joining the Star Dior Graduate Program, you will be offered a permanent role (CDI) and benefit from a special acceleration program to help you grow and design your dream journey at Dior.

  • Applicant must hold a KSA citizenship or is the Son/Daughter of a Saudi citizen
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional experience (after graduation)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Retail is mandatory (luxury retail is highly considered)
  • Outstanding passion and interest in Retail career, client experiences and Luxury business
  • Native Arabic speaker, and fluency in English
  • Bachelor's Degree or High school graduate with 2 years' experience in Retail/Luxury or Hospitality.

Recruitment process

Your resume will be reviewed by the Regional HR Team.

Over about two months, selected Candidates will participate in different interview panels where you will pitch your profile and ideas to multiple HR & Local leaders. Final interview by General Manager is anticipated in December or January 2026.
