Job Title: Licensed Store Starbucks Barista

Location: Hilton at the Ballpark, Downtown, near Busch Stadium

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at our licensed store located inside the Hilton at the Ballpark. You will be in the heart of downtown, right next to the iconic Busch Stadium where the Cardinals play. This location offers an excellent atmosphere and generous weekly tip pool splits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages and food items
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment
• Handle cash register operations and cash transactions
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Anticipate customer needs and handle their inquiries and complaints professionally

Qualifications and Skills:

• No prior experience is required, but it is considered a plus.
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and deliver quality beverages and food items quickly and accurately.
• Must be willing to undergo training for Barista Basics Certification and seasonal training for every launch.
