Join our team at Market Hall - a brand new, multi-cuisine food and beverage collective inside T-Mobile’s Bellevue headquarters! As a Starbucks barista, you will be trained in official Starbucks procedures and recipes. This is a great position for someone with no prior barista experience, looking to learn a great, transferable skill!

The other cafes that make up Market Hall include: TMO Tacos, Choppers Salad, Eastside Deli, Lonestar BBQ, Bowls & Buns, Naanya Business, a burgers & pizza happy hour pub, and a fro-yo food truck inside a vintage airstream!

Specific Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications
• Heat and serve preprepped food items
• Execute opening and closing checklists
• Adhere to all Food Safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, well stocked work area
• Provide a great service experience for all guests

Recommended Experience and Education

• Prior barista or customer service experience appreciated, but not required.

Additional Benefit Information

Insurance Benefits: Eligible for DSquared health benefits for Full-Time employees who work 30 plus hours a week for 8 consecutive weeks, effective the first of the month following 60 days of full time employment

DSquared will pay 75% of your medical and dental insurance premium. You are responsible for the remaining 25% which is paid via payroll deduction. If you wish to enroll your dependents, you will be responsible for their portion of the premium
