Responsibilities:

1. Execute all strategies for continuing to develop the lighting business and achieve sales goals by maximizing our LED Business, experience in hard core lighting is mandatory

2. Lead the retail, execution strategy, including super distributor, management, for delivering successful projects to customers timely and as promised. This includes operational Key Performance Indicators such as delivery time, retail, margin, and customer happiness.

3. Participate in the development of new products to better serve customer needs, including creating and executing a detailed product plan.

4. Be responsible for the sales process and Successfully connect with customers to fully understand their business strategy, needs and areas for improvement.

5. Work collaboratively across teams, including management (sales), procurement, retail handling, finance, product and marketing.

6. Establish and cultivate partnerships and relationships with key customers, and retailers team.

7. Set and achieve annual and quarterly revenue, cost, and G&A targets.

Requirements:

1. Strong intuition for business with an ambitious and entrepreneurial demeanor. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, and working towards results.

2. 10+ years experience in business development and a validated history of delivering growth and results.

3. Strong financial acuity with shown success and consistency in achieving targeted goals.

4. Experience in the LED lighting business an advantage, the preferable FMCG Model.

5. Effective leadership and team building skills.

6. Very comfortable speaking and presenting to high-profile business leaders, both internal and external.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. FMCG Distribution model is key

8. Collaborative and consultative approach with outstanding communication skills. (Verbal and written)

9. Excellent time management and organizational skills and strong desire to deliver results.

10. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

11. Start-up experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
