Role Overview
The State Sales Head will be responsible for driving state-level sales growth through effective leadership and management of Area Sales Managers. This role focuses on expanding and strengthening a franchise-based business model by appointing, guiding, and monitoring sales teams and franchise partners. The position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Appoint, train, and supervise Area Sales Managers to achieve state-level sales objectives

Recruit and expand Management Role Franchises and Shop Franchises as per expansion plans

Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to maximize business performance

Develop and execute strategies for franchise growth and market penetration

Monitor performance using KRAs and KPIs

Provide regular reports and market insights to senior management

Proactively resolve franchise and operational challenges

Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and ethical practices

Qualifications & Skills
