Urgent Hiring: State Sales Manager – Microfinance (Kerala)

Location: Ernakulam

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Microfinance Industry, with proven experience in handling a Region, Cluster, or Area.
• Qualification: Any Degree.
• Strong leadership and branch management skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned locations in Kerala.
• Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple branches across Kerala.
• Lead and supervise Area/Cluster/Regional teams.
• Ensure sales targets and operational goals are met.
• Provide leadership, training, and motivation to field staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
