Hill McGlynn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services contractor for an experienced Static AC Engineer to join their team on a static site in Victoria, London. Salary & Package

• £42,000 - £45,000 basic (dependent on experience and skill set)
• OTE £55,000 - £60,000 with overtime and bonuses
• Regular overtime opportunities to boost earnings
• Monthly travel card paid for by the business

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of air conditioning systems on a static commercial site in Victoria, London.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the M&E / air conditioning sector
• Strong experience with fault-finding and repair of:
• VRF systems
• Split systems
• Ability to work independently on:
• Refrigerant recovery
• Pressure testing
• Brazed repairs
• Compressor changes (VRF and split systems)
• Experience working with major manufacturers such as: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Panasonic
• Ability to produce clear and detailed remedial and repair reports
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience working within commercial environments
