Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage all production in assigned production area to maximize production and control lease operating expenses
Gain a basic knowledge of production operations and all associated equipment
Maintain all company provided tools and equipment (cell phone, vehicle, computer, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance of production equipment including separation and measurement equipment
Aware of DT effects on volumes; identify DT issues such as RPs, TLs, PCs, etc, and report promptly- target <24 hr notification; understand alarm management to minimize DT
Aware of lease costs in daily activities; 0% tool and equipment loss; perform lease maintenance as needed to eliminate contract labor; utilize "buddy system" as needed; reduce OT effect
Diagnose / troubleshoot and repair minor issues associated with production equipment
Optimize production using various systems and techniques (POC's, PL setpoints, identify restrictions, etc.)
Optimize processing throughout the facility and maintain proper product specifications
Perform repairs with limited supervision
Respond to alarms and problems within the plant and makes appropriate corrections
Maximize production from wells and maintain production and measurement equipment
Practice spill prevention countermeasures, control reporting, and monitors environmental compliance
Perform other various tasks as assigned by the Foreman

Ability to work with a diverse team

Possess a working knowledge of process equipment, separation, flow, etc.

Able to operate multiple routes as directed by the Production Foreman

Familiarity with SCADA system

Has basic computer skills; data entry into various electronic databases

Ability to work safely and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures

Has integrity, good communication skills, and a positive attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure production environment

Maintains good housekeeping in all areas of responsibility
Education & Qualifications

Possess a valid driver’s license, CDL a plus (may be required in some locations)

Legally authorized to work in the United States
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
-
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state-certified program
-
Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations are preferred
-
Must be capable and willing to work overtime as required and participate in an on-call rotation
-
Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining equipment within oil and gas facilities preferred
-
Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs
-
Capable of vigorous outdoor activities and have manual dexterity with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment
