This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly—while still getting to interact with customers and be part of the fun on the sales floor.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our department looking flawless and functioning efficiently:

Keep It Stocked & Styled

• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat, full, and inviting
• Organize backstock so everything is easy to find and ready to go

Be an Inventory Pro

• Perform daily cycle counts and help keep inventory accurate
• Spot discrepancies and help us stay on top of our numbers

Support the Team

• Answer department phones and emails with professionalism and positivity
• Help schedule stationery appointments and communicate with internal teams

Assist Customers

• Help shoppers find the perfect stationery or party items
• Provide product info and support simple sales transactions
• Pass along custom or detailed requests to the right team members

Stay Organized

• Keep workspaces clean, efficient, and ready for action
• Jump in on seasonal resets, promotions, and special projects

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail (you notice the little things!)
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
