Job Title: Stationery Staff

Department: Administration / Customer Service

Reports To: Administrative Officer / Office Manager

Job Purpose:

To assist customers and staff with stationery-related needs by providing information, processing requests, and ensuring efficient and courteous service. The role involves coordinating stationery distribution, maintaining request records, and supporting the smooth operation of office or departmental supply services.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers or staff to understand and fulfill their stationery requirements.

Provide accurate information on available stationery items, alternatives, and usage.

Receive and process stationery requests in line with company procedures.

Coordinate with the procurement or administration team to ensure timely availability of supplies.

Maintain proper records of issued items and requests handled.

Support administrative activities related to stationery management and reporting.

Ensure the service counter or office area is organized, clean, and presentable.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Assist in monitoring stock levels by reporting shortages or frequently requested items.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Office Administration or Customer Service preferred).

1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office systems.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of customer service and professionalism.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling requests.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Polite, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions:

Based in an office or service counter environment with frequent interaction with customers or staff. Requires maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
