Statistics Research Analyst & Writer

We are seeking a Research Analyst with strong analytical, research, and writing skills to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates from Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or related disciplines who enjoy conducting research, analyzing data, and producing high-quality reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that support business objectives.
• Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply statistical models to understand and predict trends, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Experimental Design: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses, measure effectiveness, and inform strategy.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to support project goals and optimize performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation, mentioning research methodology, interpretation of results, and core research findings, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Sociology, HRM, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Research Methodology.
• Knowledge of Quantitative and Qualitative Research techniques.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago, and other citation styles.
• Familiarity with EViews, SPSS, STATA, R, NVivo, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
