Duties

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients to confirm delivery schedules and address any route or timing issues promptly.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and safety protocols when handling sensitive medical materials during transit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services, preferably within healthcare or laboratory environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of route driving, GPS navigation tools, and traffic regulations to ensure efficient deliveries.
