Duties will vary according to position

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their stay
• Prepare and serve breakfast items in a friendly, timely manner while maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area
• Conduct routine cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms using proper janitorial techniques and equipment
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality across the property
• Support overall hotel operations by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and team members

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial best practices
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
• Experience with laundry operations or hospitality management is advantageous but not mandatory
• A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting team collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
