Description
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform timely repairs to maintain production schedules.
  • Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics and manuals.
  • Communicate status of project repairs at shift change.
  • Communicate with company preferred vendors to ensure correct parts will be received.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.
  • Notify management when equipment does not meet company safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience in maintenance, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems required.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC systems, PLCs, and servo motors.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Skilled in using digital multimeters and troubleshooting low and high voltage AC/DC electrical circuits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies.
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

HME is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department on 2nd shift . This role is primarily focused on the maintenance, repair, and servicing of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Day Shift

  • Mon-Fri 7am -4pm

Night Shifts

  • 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
    • 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 8:30pm-7am

Night Shift Differentials

  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
    • After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
    • After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential

Weekend Shift

  • Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-7pm

Weekend Shift Differentials

  • Day 1 of employment = Work 36 Hours, Get paid 40 Hours
    • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
