Steel Erection Supervisor with 2 year experience

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of steel erection crews.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and structural drawings.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations (OSHA) and company safety policies.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate with project managers, crane operators, welders, and other subcontractors.
• Plan work schedules and allocate tasks to crew members.
• Inspect work progress to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
• Identify potential issues or delays and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, time sheets, and incident reports.
• Assist with material deliveries, equipment placement, and jobsite organization.
• Train new workers on proper steel erection techniques and safety practices.
