steel factory helper

Job Description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Helpers at our steel factory. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the production process, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting skilled workers with various tasks. Helpers will also be responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed and assisting in machinery operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operation of machinery and equipment
• Transport raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Help with the assembly and processing of steel products
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
• Basic knowledge of factory or warehouse operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Work Environment: Factory setting, with potential exposure to heat, noise, and heavy machinery.
