Steel Fixer

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to cut, bend, position, and secure steel bars and mesh used in reinforced concrete structures. Must be able to read drawings, follow safety procedures, and work efficiently on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret rebar drawings and plans
• Cut and bend steel to specifications
• Tie rebar using wire, clips, or welding
• Install steel reinforcement in foundations, columns, and slabs
• Ensure structural accuracy and safety compliance

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a steel fixer
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Knowledge of construction site safety
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Certification or trade qualification a plus
